Empowering Farmers for a Resilient Future
Building sustainable solutions for smallholder farmers in West Africa and the Caribbean.

What if Farming Were Both Regenerative and Profitable?
Our mid-tech greenhouses offer high productivity on a small footprint, reducing the land needed for farming and making space for agroforestry.
Greenhouses
Agroforestry
Our farming model pairs greenhouses with surrounding food forests, boosting income and making agroforests financially viable in the Great Green Wall region.
Cold Storages
Our cooling unit, made from local clay and insulated with rice husk, cuts post-harvest losses from 40% to under 10%. Its scalable design serves both smallholder farmers and cooperatives.
We make this possible with our innovative products and services.

Our Solution for Senegal
In certain regions, smallholder farmers in Senegal earn less than €1,000 per year from farming. Decades of deforestation for agriculture have led to severe land degradation and desertification. By shifting to greenhouse farming integrated with agroforestry, farmers can boost productivity and increase their income up to tenfold, while restoring the land for future generations.

Our Solution for the Caribbean
The Caribbean faces powerful Category 5 hurricanes with wind speeds over 280 km/h, while most islands rely heavily on food imports. To achieve true food sovereignty with the limited availability of land, high-tech, hurricane-resistant greenhouses are the only viable solution for scaling local food production.

Our Mission
"Equip smallholder farmers with sustainable infrastructure that regenerate ecosystems, boost productivity, and create lasting food security."
Profitable Business Cases
Our clients must achieve high returns on investment by significant improvements in their production capacity.
Private Sector Led Development
Strong business cases reduce reliance on aid-based financing, enabling greater scalability and fostering stronger commitment from beneficiaries.
Biobased Materials
Our designs include materials such as bamboo and earth bricks which have carbon neutral properties and are locally sourced, minimizing the infrastructure's environmental impact.

Greenhouse Pilot Project
This project aims to develop the first prototype of our mid-tech bamboo greenhouse. The structure is 20m x 20m by 4,25 m and applies active cooling and humidification for optimal plant production in the Senegalese climate.

Great Green Women Farmers | Kholpa
This project promotes the socioeconomic empowerment of rural women in Kholpa, Senegal by placing them at the heart of agricultural transformation. It seeks to strengthen the resilience of the cooperative’s 50 members through the establishing of 15 Féro’s greenhouse and 1 hectare of agroforestry. Combining efforts in rural livelihood improvement, women’s empowerment, and land restoration, the project has the potential to increase the cooperative’s income up to 100-fold, reforest degraded land with fruit trees and native species, and enhance the economic and social position of rural women.
